About Shipping Fees
Local customers enjoy free shipping service when shopping for HK$300 or more. For orders under HK$300, a HK$30 courier fee will apply. Our default courier company is SF Express.
Shipping Time
Your order will generally be prepared for shipping within 2-5 working days upon payment confirmation.
Shipping Notification
After your order has been shipped, we will email you a notification with the tracking number of your SF Express parcel, allowing you to directly check the logistics status on the SF Express website.

Undeliverable Shipments
If goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you or no one being available to receive the goods, resulting in the need for the goods to be returned to Localmei for re-shipment, all additional shipping fees will be borne by you, the customer. Localmei is not responsible for any delays caused by such related reasons.
Special Delivery Arrangements Affected by Severe Weather
When gale warning signals are hoisted, or red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, or we determine that delivery will not be safe under certain weather conditions, delivery service will be postponed.
